這款哥哥嘖嘖　夜砍弟弟4百株葡萄樹

溪湖鄉72歲邱姓農民辛苦種植的400株葡萄樹，在上月底一夜被砍斷，損失2百萬元，讓老農痛不欲生。

警方連日追查發現，邱農胞兄涉有重嫌，昨通知到案說明；邱農胞兄坦承因兩塊農地進緊鄰，雙方為噴灑除草劑交惡，才在上月29日深夜，持柴刀、鋸子砍樹洩恨。 　

邱農胞兄（80歲）供稱，因葡萄園噴灑除草劑會影響其所種植的橘子園收成，多次反應無效才想報復。兄弟倆因此事在警局見面十分尷尬，經過調解後，邱兄答應賠償，邱弟則不提出告訴。（詹智淵／彰化報導）
