靜待Fed公布1月會議記錄　美股早盤走揚

美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）將於台北時間周四凌晨3點公布1月會議記錄，投資人希望可從中獲得QE（量化寬鬆）退場相關資訊，美股早盤3大指數全數走揚，道瓊工業指數上漲0.5%，納斯達克指數上漲0.02%，S&P 500指數上漲0.3%，再次逼近歷史高點。
 
美國商務部公布，受20年來最冷氣候影響，1月新屋開工較前月大減16%，遠不如預期，降幅創近3年以來最大，不過營造許可降幅僅5.4%，顯示若天氣好轉，營建活動將可轉穩。
 
衛星導航公司Garmin在健身、海洋及航空部門營收增加幫助下，今年預估營收可達27億美元（819億台幣）超越預期，激勵早盤股價一度大漲逾8%。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
